Waldorf salad

Serves 4 - 6

Ingredients


1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 sweet red apples, cored and diced
4 Broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
6 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup walnuts [to garnish - optional, but yum!]

Directions

  1. Add celery, apple, broccolli into salad bowl
  2. Make your dressing add mayonnaise & lemon juice to a clean dry bowl, whisk well. Pout over salad, toss well. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
