1 large smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1 X 2cm slice of fresh pineapple, peeled & chopped, core & all

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Orange, peeled

1/4 cup Cashews

Handful Ice

300 - 400 mild Coconut Water

1/2 Block frozen Acai or 1 tsp Acai powder (optional)


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into your smoothies blender & blitz on high speed for 1 minute or until desired texture has been achieved.
  2. Top smoothie with shredded coconut, frozen berries or muesli to make it a delicious meal.
