Please note - Frappes require a very high speed blender, with blades that can cope with crushing ice.
1 large or 2 Regular Serves
1 x Orange, peeled & chopped
1 x Nectarine, chopped - stone removed
1 x Stick Celery
1 x Carrot
1cm piece ginger, peeled
12 Ice cubes
100 - 150mls Coconut/Filtered Water
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, pulse a few times to crush ice, scraping down the sides of your machine if necessary. Continue to blitz until you achieve an even consistency, adding more water if necessary.
Serve immediately, Enjoy 😊
