Ingredients

1 x Small banana, frozen 

1/4 Cup cashews

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla powder or extract

1/2 Tablespoon cacao powder

Handful Ice

200-250ml Coconut Water

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 Cup shredded coconut


Directions

  1. Add banana, cashews, vanilla, cacao, ice & coconut water to your smoothie blender/bullet/ninja/thermy. 
  2. Blitz on high speed for approx 1 minute or until well blended & creamy. 
  3. Prepare your smoothie glass, place 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries in base. Pour smoothie into glass, finish with a topping of shredded coconut & remaining raspberries.
