1/2 Pear
10 Strawberries
1/2 Beetroot, peeled
1 Date, pitted
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Cacao, add more for if you want a stronger chocolate hit!
Handful Ice
250mls Coconut Water


Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender/bullet/ninja/thermomix & blend on high for 1 minute or until well blended & smooth.

Serve immediately.

Notes

Turn your smoothie into a meal - top with muesli/shredded coconut/goji berries.
