Ingredients

1/2 banana, frozen

1 Cup frozen raspberries

1 date, pitted

1 1/2 Tablespoons Cacao powder

1/4 Cup Cashews

Handful ice

250 - 300mls Coconut water

Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender/bullet/thermomix & blitz in high speed for 1 minute or until smooth & creamy. Serve immediately.
