1/2 Cup organic quinoa flakes
1/2 pear, roughly chopped into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Place quinoa flakes, pear, cinnamon & milk into a pot. Stirring well, cook on med-high heat for approx 5 minted or until flakes have softened & milk has been absorbed.
Stir through a handful of frozen blueberries, transfer to clean bowl.
Top porridge with extra blueberries, fresh strawberries & a light sprinkle of cacao nibs
Serve immediately - enjoy
Place pear in thermomix, chop 3 secs/speed 5
Scrape down side of bowl
Add 40grams quinoa flakes and cinnamon
210 grams milk
Cook 7mins/90 deg/speed 2
