1 x Orange, peeled & chopped

1 x 10cm stick celery, from the centre is sweeter

3 x Baby Cos lettuce leaves, from the centre heart

1/2 Red Apple

2 x Teaspoons Chia seeds

Small wedge of lemon, to your taste

300mls coconut water

Handful ice


Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender, blitz on high until well combined & a smooth consistency. Ser e immediately.
