Drain & rinse chickpeas throughly prior to using them in hummus.
1 x clove garlic
1 x can chickpeas, rinsed
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 x heaped tablespoon olive oil
2 x tablespoons water
1 Tablespoon unhulled tahini
1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin, adjusted to taste
salt & Pepper
Place all ingredients into a food processor, blitz on high speed for 1 minute. Check consistency, wipe down edges of bowl & blitz again until desired creaminess is achieved.
Taste & adjust seasoning with salt & pepper.
