500 grams rolled oats
1/3 cup cold pressed coconut oil
1 Cup slivered or blanched almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
Sprinkle cinnamon (optional)
Your choice of the following fillers –
Serve muesli with your choice of milk - almond/rice/low fat & top with a dollop of greek yogurt or coconut yogurt. Finish with a generous serving of fresh fruit & drizzle of honey is needed for added sweetness.
