1 large or 2 small

Ingredients

1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 orange, peeled
1/4 avocado
2 Tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
1/4 cup cashews or slivered almonds
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut water [or a little more depending on desired thickness]

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Turn your shake into a meal, add some sprinkled coconut & cacao nibs or some frozen raspberries, delicious!
