1/2 banana, frozen
10 green grapes
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 lime, skin or off
1 date, for extra sweetness [optional]
1/4 cup cahews
1 heaped teaspoon spirulina
200mls coconut water
Place all ingredients into your blender/bullet/thermomix & blitz on high speed for approx 1 minute until smooth & creamy.
Serve immediately. Top with 'The Wild' lime & coconut muesli.
Store any leftovers in a airtight bottle for a maximum of 24 hours
