This smoothie will offer high amount of vitamin c from the citrus, fibre from the spinach & packed with antioxidants.

Pineapples have high amounts of manganese, which is important for antioxidant defenses, pineapples also contain high amounts of thiamin, a B vitamin that is involved in energy production.

Celery, cucumbers & ginger are all wonderful for great hair & nails, along with fighting the signs of ageing.

Mint is a wonderful herb to aid digestion, it is very soothing to the stomach & a perfect palate cleanser.
