Green Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 banana, frozen

1/2 green apple, skin on

1/2 kiwi fruit

1/4 lime, skin off

6cm piece cucumber, skin on

2 cups baby spinach

1 medjool date, pitted

1/4 tsp vanilla powder or 1/2 vanilla pod, seeds scraped

1/4 cup cashews

250 - 300 mls coconut water

Handful of ice


Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender, bullet, ninja or thermomix. Blitz on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately

Turn your smoothie into a meal & top with additional superfoods such as shredded coconut, goji berries, muesli or frozen berries.
