  • Good quality probiotic capsules are essential - visit your nearest health food store & ask them for a dairy free powder or capsule. The higher the number of good bacteria strains the better eg: 31 Billion Plus.
  • Don't compromise on the quality of coconut cream - Ayam brand has no added preservatives or additives.
  • If using vanilla, please ensure you use either a vanilla bean or organic vanilla powder as stated in the recipe. Another area that is not worth compromising on.

Ingredients

2 x Tins [270mls] Ayam Premium Coconut Cream

1 Teaspoon Loving Earth vanilla powder

2 x Dairy-Free Probiotic Capsules

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a sterilized jar, stir well. 


  1. Place on lid, and pop it in a nice warm spot in your kitchen, back of the bench - near your oven etc.
  2. Allow to ferment for at least 24 hours, you should see a slight separation of liquid at the bottom of the jar. Open and give yogurt a good stir. Pop the lid back on the jar, and pop into the fridge for another 12 - 16 hours.


  1. The following day, open up your cooled yogurt, give it a good whip, to create a nice & creamy texture. Your yogurt is now ready to eat! Enjoy.
