1 large or 2 small
1/2 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cashews or slivered almonds
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut water
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend on high speed for approx 1 minute or until shake is smooth and creamy.
Turn your shake into a snack, simply top with coconut, cacao nib &/or frozen berries - delicious!
