Ingredients

1 x Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Cashews
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Coconut Water [depending how thick you like your smoothies]
Handful Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, nutri-bullet or thermomix.
  2. Blend on high speed until well combined & creamy. Thermomix spd 9 - 1 minute.
  3. Serve immediately - Optional, top with shredded coconut, goji berries & extra blueberries
