1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup frozen/fresh Strawberries
1/2 Small Zucchini
1/4 Cup Cashews
1 Teaspoon Maca powder
350 ml Coconut Water
Add all ingredients to your bullet/ninja/thermomix/blender. Blitz on high speed for 1 minute or until well blended & creamy.
Serve immediately, top with coconut flakes & fresh passion fruit.
