1 large or 2 small
1/2 beetroot, peeled & chopped
6cm piece cucumber
1 cup strwberries
1/2 red apple
1 - 2cm disc fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds
250 - 300mls coconut water
Place all ingredients into your blender/bullet/ninja/thermomix & blend on high for 1 minute or until well blended & smooth.
Turn your smoothie into a meal, add less coconut water and create a nice thick smoothie - top with muesli/shredded coconut/goji berries.
