1/2 large banana, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/4 cup cashews, soaked for min 2 hours & rinsed
Splash of coconut water
Place banana, blueberries, cashews & protein powder (if using) into a high speed blender, add a splash of coconut water, blend on medium speed - using tamper, gentle manipulate the ingredients to encourage even blending. Turn up speed and continue to mix until a creamy ice cream has formed.
Serve immediately - add fresh berries, muesli or a dollop of Greek yogurt for additional goodness!
